Ecap camera program not working

Hello I have small issue with mine webcam. Everything was working perfect but from last two days when I open the Ecap program I get the error saying that:" sorry you have no video capture hardware. Video capture will not function properly" and now I am not able to work with the webcam and also lunch Ecap.
